Clear plans make dependable pet care possible.

These straightforward terms help Shannon protect every pet’s routine and make your booking experience feel simple from the start.

Service packages & rates

Dog walking: 15–20 minutes for $20, plus $5 for each additional dog.
Drop-in visits: $1 per minute, with an additional $5 for each additional pet.
House sitting: $40 per day for dogs, plus $20 per additional dog; $30 per day for cats, plus $15 per additional cat.
Holiday house sitting: $50 per day for dogs or cats, plus $25 per additional dog or cat.
House sitting does not include an overnight stay. Requested overnight visit hours can be reserved for pets with medication, medical needs, or other special care.

Weekday walk and drop-in windows are offered Monday through Friday at 9 AM, noon, and 3 PM.
Requests are accepted up to two weeks ahead and must be made at least 48 hours before the requested window.
Requested overnight house-sitting visit hours are scheduled by request and depend on Shannon’s availability.
Care outside the Chatham core service area is reviewed for travel time before it is confirmed.

New households begin with a meet and greet before recurring or house-sitting care is confirmed.
A request is not a confirmed appointment until Shannon approves the details.
A $50 deposit is required to reserve approved care and is applied to the final service total.
The remaining balance is due before the first scheduled visit. Any holiday, travel, or special-care charge is shared and approved before booking.

Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the scheduled care window.
With 48 hours’ notice, your $50 deposit can be refunded or transferred once to a new available date.
Cancellations made inside 48 hours forfeit the $50 deposit.
If Shannon must cancel, the deposit will be refunded or transferred to a mutually agreed available date.
